Friends of Radley Lakes evolved from Save Radley Lakes, which was originally established as a campaign group whose primary objective was to save Thrupp Lake and Bullfield Lake from being destroyed to create a disposal site for flyash from Didcot Power Station. You can follow the successful campaign to stop this happening on the News pages of this website.
