Garden Competition

This annual event is organised by Radley Parish Council.

The 12th Radley Garden Competition is on Saturday 5th July 2008.

The 2007 event held on Saturday 7th July was sponsored by:

  • CopyCat Services - photocopying
  • Robert Mattocks Roses of Lodge Hill - plants for the winners
  • Ezra Attia, J Curtis & Sons Ltd, Gordon Hill & Sons, Ringrose Tree Surgery and customers at the Bowyer Arms (cash donations)

Memories of past competitions

Gardens are judged as seen from the road. Prizes are awarded for best gardens, with awards for area winners and specially commended gardens. There are also awards for best tubs and/or hanging baskets and for the most colourful flower gardens.
