Blushing bracket fungus (Daedaleopsis confragosa (Bolt. ex Fr.) Schroet. Syn: Trametes rubescens (A.&S.). Freshly emerged pristine white bracket fungi (3-4cm) growing on dead log. Also on top of log, where they resemble balls of putty. See below also.

These are the same fungi as above (Daedaleopsis confragosa), but as they appeared 2 weeks later.
