Help wanted:
An objective is to construct, an inventory of Radley’s wildlife at the present time. This will provide a baseline against which future generations can monitor changes in biodiversity. This is just a start. So far the list comprises over 1,500 different taxons, which sound a lot but really is just scratching the surface. You can help by providing information about wildlife in your locality of Radley arising from your observations and sightings. Also, please tell us about any errors you find on these pages. Also, we would welcome contributions, from those with specialist expertise, in botany or zoology for example, to the authorship of these pages. Anyone is welcome to submit photographs of species not yet adequately illustrated on these pages (or substantially better photographs of any that are). Images should be in jpeg (.jpg) format as close as possible in quality to the original photographs, up to 500kB, accompanied by all relevant information (what, when, where and by whom). To reduce the image file size, please use file compression (jpeg) and/or preliminary cropping in preference to resampling (resolution reduction) which should be used only as a last resort. We reserve the right to fix any defects (exposure, colour balance etc) and make the final crop as required. Further advice on how to do this can be provided on request. Copyright remains with the author. Photographs should illustrate the living organism and must have been taken of specimens found within the Parish of Radley. If you would like to contribute anything to these pages, please contact us. |
