NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE of RADLEY PARISH COUNCIL to be held at 7.00 pm on THURSDAY 28th JUNE 2018 IN THE CHURCH ROOM, RADLEY to transact the business set out below.

DISPENSATIONS: To consider any requests for a dispensation from the restriction on voting on a matter in which a member has a disclosable pecuniary interest.

PLANNING APPLICATIONS: The committee is asked to comment on the following application:

(i)

P18/V1304/HH: Hill View Lodge Hill Extension of existing detached garage and conversion into office/work at home facility and extend flat above.

(ii)

P18/V1344/HH: 79 Foxborough Road : Bungalow conversion to create living space in loft and introduction of No 2 dormer windows.

(iii)

P18/V1399/FUL/ P18/V1400/LB: Proposed internal and external alterations to Radley College Chapel to increase seating, including new organ and organ location at the west window, extension to gallery, new lighting and heating system and relocation of memorials, new sanctuary and north and south apses. Demolition of organ chamber, partial demolition and alteration of east elevation and insertion of two bays on the north and south elevations, alterations to floor levels. Repairs to and cleaning of brickwork, windows and stone finials, new roof covering. Internal road realignment and landscaping.

P18/V1048/PDH 39 Stonhouse Crescent – A single storey extension with a lean to roof, running virtually the whole width of the house, and extending out 4.5 meters from the original rear wall. Depth 4.5m Height 3.5m Height to eaves 2.5m: PDH AGREED

P18/V0805/HH 69 Foxborough Road – Single storey rear extension and internal alterations: PLANNING PERMISSION
