Radley Retirement Group – Newsletter May 2017

What we have been doing

The Exercise class held in the village hall on a Tuesday morning is proving to be very successful and good fun.  Members who went to see the production of La Strada at the Playhouse came back with mixed feelings about it and hopefully Pygmalion will be better received.

The holiday to Spain organised by Judith was a great success.  The Hotel was just across the road from the beach and was very comfortable, the food had a good choice and the trips out proved very successful too.  We are hoping to have another trip next year.

Future dates.

The Retirement Group will be holding a Car Boot Sale on the playing field on 15th July.  I f you would like to reserve a space please contact Judith Bland on 01235 531001 or jbland1942@btinternet.com or just turn up on the day.  NO CATERERS OR TRADERS

The Anniversary Lunch has been booked at Cosenors House  for next January.

MAY:   The Imperial War Museum.

Entry to the Museum is free so the cost will be £18 for members and £20 for visitors to cover the cost of the coach.

JUNE: Newbury Races.
