What we have been doing

We had a very enjoyable holiday in Malta.  The hotel was excellent as was the food and trips arranged.  Many thanks must go to Judith Bland for all her hard work over the last two years in securing the holiday. Unfortunately, several of the party caught Covid on the return but thankfully all have recovered since.

We are very pleased to welcome Diane Gardner to shadow Sue Ward as an assistant treasurer.

Our speaker at our April meeting was Colin Stephenson who came from “Crocodiles of the World” and he gave us a very informative talk about crocodiles and alligators. He didn’t bring any live crocodiles but he did bring us a skull of both a crocodile and alligator and told us the difference between them.  He also told us what intelligent animals they were.
