What we have been doing

Our speaker in October was Chris Caddy whose talk was about the music of Eric Coates.  This proved to be a very interesting talk with examples of Eric Coates music to illustrate it.

In November our outing is a tour of backstage at the New Theatre in Oxford.  More of this next month.

Future dates

Our next meeting is on Tuesday 13th November when we will have a wine and cheese afternoon.

Annual Christmas Bazaar: Saturday November 17th in the Village Hall.

There will be lots of stalls and a very big raffle, refreshments, and a cake stall.  Do come along and support it.

Film afternoon: Tuesday 20th November – “Peter Rabbit”:

This starts at 2pm.  There will be a nominal charge of £1 to cover the cost of the hall.  Tea and biscuits will be available afterwards and there will be a raffle.
