Neighbourhood Plan consultation – December 2016

Radley Neighbourhood Plan: consultation draft was published on 16 December 2016, and sent to the required statutory and local bodies for comment.  This fulfils the Parish Council’s obligations under regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) for pre-submission consultation and publicity.

Links to the draft Plan and its supporting documents are given immediately below this text. Hard copies are available on request from the Parish Clerk (clerk@radleyvillage.org.uk) or from Radley Village Shop.

The consultation ended on 10 February. Links to the representations received are at the bottom of this page.

The draft will be revised in the light of representations received and then submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council as local planning authority.  The planning authority will check that the material we submit is complete before arranging for independent examination of the Plan. There will be a further opportunity to submit representations on the revised draft Plan to the inspector before he/she produces his report. Assuming the inspector’s report recommends proceeding with the Plan, there will be a local referendum prior to its adoption.
