On Sunday10th July Radley Lakes Trust is hosting a community event for all the family, including refreshments, lots of cake, nature activities and music. All proceeds go to Radley Lakes Trust.
2.00pm Event opens. Light refreshments available until 4.30pm
3.00pm Abingdon Community Choir, including a song about the lake written specially by Helen Eccleston
3.30pm Acoustic music by Trev Williams
3.30pm Nature activities:
Bird watching through a telescope with Ian Elkins
Plant identification with David Guyoncourt
Mini beasts – What lives underwater with Graham Bateman
4.30pm Close
There will also be an opportunity to learn about the work of The Radley Lakes Trust, who are organising the event – with many thanks to H Tuckwell Ltd and the Earth Trust for use of the site.
