DEVELOPMENT STEERING GROUP:

1.     Radley Lakes masterplan

·         TO NOTE: Proposed Memorandum of Understanding has been agreed by Radley Lakes Trust

2.     Tuckwells application.

·         TO AGREE that updated comments should be sent to OCC on the Tuckwell’s processing plant application and the possible Prohibition Order

3.    Jo’s path

·         TO NOTE that broad terms for a permissive path agreement from Lower Radley to the sounding bridge under the railway have been agreed

PLANNING APPLICATION: P20/V0390/RM:

Reserved Matters application for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for the erection of 240 dwellings, internal access arrangements, formation of public open space and ancillary infrastructure pursuant to outline planning permission ref. P17/V1894/O (as amended by plans and documents submitted 1 October 2020, amended by plans received 27 November 2020 and amended plans and application form received 15 January 2021).

·         TO ACKNOWLEDGE scrutiny and acceptance of the bank statements and reconciliation

·         TO NOTE that the football club’s fee for 20-21 has been settled.

·         TO CONSIDER in principle the football club’s request for a rebate for the period of the Covid-19 national lockdown 3.

BUS SHELTER:      

·         TO NOTE progress on the installation of a new shelter Abingdon bound at Sugworth Crescent

Councillors Johnston and Lugova are asked to submit District and County reports in writing in advance for discussion by councillors during the meeting.
