More orchids similar to the above. These were growing among the spotted/marsh orchids but are obviously smaller and have smooth leaves.(26 June 2005)

Early Marsh Orchid

The leaves of this one are unspotted, flowers white tinged pink with brown/tan spots and in full flower, starting to go over, unlike, at this time, other species of Dactylorhiza in area. Most probably Early Marsh Orchid (Dactylorhiza Incarnata var. Alba) the white variety.(11 June 2005)
